SSAFE Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment Questionnaire

Understanding vulnerabilities across food supply chains

date:  20/02/2024

Dear Food Fraud Colleagues,

The JRC Unit F.4 is part of the WATSON consortium, an EU-funded project with the objective of developing a set of tools and systems that can detect and prevent fraudulent practices across the entire food supply chain.

In case you are a stakeholder representing any stage of the target supply chains (wine, honey, olive oil, meat, cereal, dairy and fish) we kindly ask you to fill the SSAFE Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment Questionnaire.

You can access the questionnaire here: https://forms.gle/ywboNMRKxcmZsMNV7

Results will indicate the most vulnerable nodes for potential fraud activities in each chain, and the underlying factors that contribute to the occurrence of food fraud including opportunities, motivational drivers, and (lack of) controls.

It would be great if you could also share the questionnaire with other stakeholders in your network.

Thank you in advance for your contribution and for sharing your expertise to fight food fraud.

Best regards,

Riccardo SILIGATO
