Good practice statements - the ECICC Working Group (WG) recommends:

minimising alcohol consumption for all individuals
to not smoke and to not use tobacco cigarette, heated tobacco products and electronic nicotine delivery systems
regular physical activity for all individuals
counselling on healthy lifestyles (minimising alcohol consumption, not smoking, and practising regularly physical activity)
