Youth @ work - Denmark

Young people have been hardest hit by the economic crisis as they often lack the experience and skills to be competitive. Today one in five young Europeans cannot find a job. However the Youth@Work action aims at showing that thanks to their fresh take on the world, young people often have innovative ideas and energy. Oens Murer is a Danish SME set up in Copenhagen and specialises in the renovation of buildings. The company currently has 16 apprentices and around 20 employees aged between 20 and 30.
