This report summarises the key ideas and messages that came out of the PES Network conference fosusing on the 'Implementation of the youth guarantee – challenges and success factors'. The conference was structured around four topics that are key to the successful delivery of the Youth Guarantee: the sustainable activation of young people not in education, employment or training (NEET), working with employers, enhancing career guidance for young people and strengthening collaboration with schools.
