The EU Skills Profile Tool for Third Country Nationals is a free multilingual online tool developed by the European Commission. Services that offer assistance to refugees and immigrants from non-EU countries, such as Public Employment Services or NGO’s, can use it in an interview situation to get to know the individual, their skills, qualifications and experiences. The video shows how the tool has been used in the Netherlands and Slovenia.
