The online workshop organised by the University of Copenhagen in the framework of the FOODRUS project, which aims to prevent food loos and waste, and to promote resource efficiency across all stages of the agri-food value chain, took place on 23 January.

With this work programme, the EU will invest around €13.5 billion in research and innovation that will shape the future of Europe. Under Cluster 6 Food, Bioeconomy, Natural resources, Agriculture and Environment, there are several funding opportunities for topics related to food waste.
