The main outcome of the European Consumer Food Waste Forum's work is a compendium of tools, best practices, and recommendations for policymakers, researchers, businesses, and practitioners, to take action against consumer food waste. The compendium encourages cooperation between stakeholders and promotes the establishment of sustainable food systems.
