In this new episode of HOTREC's podcast, we had the pleasure of interviewing Mr Carlos Henriques, a restaurant owner based in Finland. We talked about sustainability practices, managing food waste and his wishes for transmitting his knowledge to others. HOTREC is the umbrella Association of Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and Cafes and similar establishments in Europe, which brings together 46 National associations in 35 countries.
