This mid-term evaluation confirms the high European added value of the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI). According to the supporting study carried out for the Commission, the programme is able to support projects with a larger scope and scale compared to what is possible at national level or regional level.

The EaSI programme aims to promote a high level of quality and sustainable employment, guarantee adequate and decent social protection, combat social exclusion and poverty, and improve working conditions. The total budget for 2014-2020 is 919 million euros.
