The objective of this Analysis is to implement Article 30 of EURES Regulation (EU) 2016/589 and identify the surplus and shortage occupations including their gender composition, their share of vulnerable groups, their regional distribution and their potential to match shortages in an occupation with surpluses in the same occupation across frontiers and regions. 

Furthermore, it contains a preliminary assessment of the impact of the pandemic on the demand for, and supply of skills in the European labour market.
