This report stems from a seminar on addressing inequalities and gave insight into a number of areas: how well the EU’s social protection systems coped during the crisis, what works and what needs improvement, and what sort of policy mix is needed to ensure the gains from digitisation and automation can be distributed fairly and efficiently.
