Commission calls for massive investment in digital education and skills
The Commission adopted two proposals for a Council Recommendation to address the digital divide by improving digital skills teaching and ensuring universal access to inclusive and high-quality digital education and training. The proposals go with the “European Digital Skills Certificate” pilot project, that will facilitate the recognition of certification of digital skills across the EU.
