Common indicator 8 displays the number of researchers working in research facilities supported by the RRF.
The support includes improvements of the research facility and the quality of research equipment.
The indicator contributes to pillar 3 (smart, sustainable and inclusive growth).
This graph shows the researchers working in supported research facilities in FTE (full time equivalents). Annual Full Time Equivalent is a unit to measure employed persons (researchers in the case of common indicator 8) in a way that makes them comparable although they may work a different number of hours per week. This indicator is a flow indicator, which means that reported numbers represent the current situation in the reporting round and its values can fluctuate over time.
