Common indicator 5: Additional dwellings with internet access provided via very high capacity networks

Access to high-speed digital infrastructure is a pre-requisite for an inclusive digital transformation. Common indicator 5 displays the number of homes (dwellings) that gained access to very high capacity internet networks through measures under the RRF, including 5G networks and gigabit speed. Homes (dwellings) that previously had no or only slower access are shown.

The indicator contributes to pillar 2 (digital transformation) and pillar 4 (social and territorial cohesion).
