EU25 fish catches in NE Atlantic decrease by 29% in the period 1995-2003 - Issue number 1/2006 - Products Statistics in Focus

The EU25 catches in the Northeast Atlantic, the major fishing region for Community fisheries, decreased steadily by 29% in the period 1995-2003. Denmark recorded the largest catches in 2003 (25% of the total). Pelagic fish were dominant in the catches.
