41 Portuguese municipalities scored house prices above national value

In the annual period between the third quarter of 2016 and the second quarter of 2017, the median price of dwellings sales in Portugal was 896 euros per square meter and the municipalities that stood above this value were mainly located in the Algarve and Área Metropolitana de Lisboa.
