Industrial production up by 0.7% in the euro area and by 0.3% in the EU

In January 2023, the seasonally adjusted industrial production increased by 0.7% in the euro area and by 0.3% in the EU, compared with December 2022, according to estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In December 2022, industrial production decreased by 1.3% in the euro area and by 0.6% in the EU.
