Accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use

On your first login to My Area, you must agree to the electronic exchange system's Terms and Conditions of Use.

Every time you use My Area, you are implicitly reaffirming your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions valid at that time.
Organisations (i.e. not individuals) will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions at the moment they appoint their LEAR ('Declaration of consent').
