Health and long term care

The health and long-term care strand of the Open Method of Coordination focuses on indicators related to social protection. It is structured along the three objectives of the health and long-term care strand:

  • access to care and inequalities in outcomes,
  • quality of care and
  • long-term sustainability of systems.

First objective indicators - access to care (including inequity in access to care) and inequalities of outcome
