Volume of retail trade unchanged in the euro area and up by 0.1% in the EU

In April 2023, the seasonally adjusted volume of retail trade remained unchanged in the euro area and increased by 0.1% in the EU, compared with March 2023, according to estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In March 2023, the retail trade volume decreased by 0.4% in the euro area and by 0.5% in the EU.
