Launch of the European year 2010 in Germany
Nationale Auftaktveranstaltung des Europäischen Jahres zur Bekämpfung von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung in Deutschland
The opening event in Germany will take place in Berlin on 25th February in presence of the Federal Minister for labour and Social Affairs, Dr Ursula von der Leyen.
The Ambassadors of the European Year in Germany will be presented at this event. They come form various fields like media, arts, culture, sports and church and will introduce th national priorities.
Three fora will discuss how to reinforce cooperation between actors to make actions more efficient and how to implement an efficient media strategy during this year.
