Herausforderungen in der Beruflichen Rehabilitation

Human Outlet – Vocational Rehabilitation in the Future: This is the motto of the INTERNATIONAL REHABILITATION CONGRESS 2010 being hosted by the BBRZ on 16 & 17 September at the Design Center in Linz.

The central point of the congress will be in posing the question: How does society deal with those who, due to an accident or an illness, are no longer able to carry on their profession? Renowned speakers from Austria and abroad will discuss the possible solutions to the various facets of this controversial topic against the backdrop of demographic development, the ever-increasing pressure of the working environment and the increase in mental disorders associated with this phenomenon. They will consider the emergence of new target groups and the seemingly dwindling financial resources.

The INTERNATIONAL REHABILITATION CONGRESS 2010 offers an international audience of professionals the opportunity to take part in an intensive exchange of information and experience at a broader European level. The congress is a top event within the scope of the European Year of Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion.

Within the scope of an exhibition set up to support the topic of the event there will be several institutions and companies presenting their services and various offers in the field of vocational rehabilitation.
