La Commission propose de renforcer les organismes pour l'égalité de traitement afin de lutter contre la discrimination
La Commission européenne a adopté deux propositions visant à renforcer les organismes pour l'égalité de traitement, et en particulier leur indépendance, leurs ressources et leurs pouvoirs, afin qu'ils puissent lutter plus efficacement contre la discrimination en Europe. Les organismes pour l'égalité de traitement jouent un rôle essentiel pour aider les victimes de discrimination et veiller à ce que la législation de l'UE en matière de non-discrimination soit mise en œuvre sur le terrain.

Germany hosted the sixth EQAVET Peer Review
The Peer Review, held on 14 and 15 November, focused on the different instruments at the federal government’s level, in Germany, to ensure quality assurance in Continuing vocational education and training (CVET). The Peer Review explored the examples of distance learning, nationally valid further training regulations and quality requirements in Germany’s case of state funding.

The first ever European Employment & Social Rights Forum attracted over 1200 participants
The European Employment and Social Rights Forum took place on 16-17 November in Brussels. This first edition of the event focused on how to achieve a fair and inclusive green transition for all. The Forum also celebrated the 5th anniversary of the European Pillar of Social Rights.
