La Commission appelle à une impulsion massive en faveur de l'éducation numérique et de la transmission des compétences numériques
La Commission a adopté deux propositions de recommandation du Conseil visant à réduire la fracture numérique en améliorant l’enseignement des compétences numériques et en garantissant l’accès universel à une éducation et une formation numérique inclusive et de qualité. Les propositions vont de paire avec le «Certificat européen de compétences numériques», un projet pilote qui vise à faciliter la reconnaissance des certifications des compétences numériques dans l’ensemble de l’UE.
