This thematic report assesses the European Social Fund (ESF) and Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) support to investing in children in the EU. It is based on a screening of ESF and YEI Operational Programmes (OPs) and Annual Implementation Reports (AIRs) and a survey of ESF and YEI Managing Authorities.
