The European Commission is pleased to invite you to the second workshop of the Ocean Energy Forum, which will take place on the 11th of June in Dublin, Ireland.
This week, European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Maria Damanaki, will host an international conference on sustainable fishing capacity management. The event, organised under the auspices of the Greek Presidency in Thessaloniki, Greece, will be held against the backdrop of the new external dimension of the reformed Common Fisheries Policy which strengthens the EU's international commitment to addressing overcapacity at a global level.
A Stakeholder Conference on the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region, jointly organised by the European Commission and the Hellenic Presidency of the Council of the European Union, will take place at the Divani Caravel Hotel in Athens, Greece, on 6-7 February 2014.

Seminar on implementation of the CFP reform - Fisheries - European Commission

The conference is taking place back to back with the HELCOM Ministerial meeting. HELCOM ministers together with ministers responsible for maritime policy and growth are invited to participate.
