A stakeholder's conference organised by the European Commission and hosted by Romania will offer a forum to public administrations and private sector participants of all Black Sea countries to exchange views on the challenges and opportunities offered by the blue economy of the region. It will also seek to encourage cross-sectorial initiatives to stimulate maritime growth in areas of mutual benefit. The working sessions of the conference will aim to facilitate maritime cooperation and specifically in maritime clusters, environmental protection, fisheries management and aquaculture.
