Tackling undeclared work, in a context marked by new forms of work and technological opportunities, poses significant human resource challenges for labour inspectorates. This toolkit, developed in the context of the European Platform tackling undeclared work, aims to help human resource (HR) management within labour inspectorates to respond to these challenges. It offers practical guidance on issues such as role division and an increasing focus on prevention, risk assessment and data analysis.
