The European Research Council (ERC) announced today the 302 winners of its 2015 Consolidator Grant competition. These excellent mid-career scientists have been awarded a total of €585 million, as part of the EU's Research and Innovation programme, Horizon 2020.

Carewell has defined, implemented and validated a new integrated care model aimed at complex chronic and multiple comorbidity patients.
