Mobility Package Ⅰ in IMI
As of , IMI will support the Mobility Package Ⅰ, which aims for more clear, fair and enforceable rules for truck drivers in the EU.
As part of the developments three new modules will be introduced in IMI for Member State’s competent authorities:
- Road Transport – Posting declarations
- Road Transport – Conditions of establishment (as of )
- Road Transport – Social rules
The Road Transport Posting Declaration portal which is meant for road transport operators was launched on .

Updates to the Posting of Workers questions
On 30 July 2020, Directive (EU) 2018/957 which amends the Posting of Workers Directive entered into application. To reflect the new rules set out in the Directive, the lists of questions that can be asked through the IMI modules for Posting of Workers have been updated.
