Commission releases version 1.1.0 of the Technical Design Documents

In September 2024, the European Commission released version 1.1.0 of the Once-Only Technical Design Documents(opens in a new tab).
Implementing Regulation ((EU) 2022/1463(opens in a new tab)) sets out the technical and operational specifications of the Once-Only Technical System. These specifications are complemented by detailed, non-binding documents, known as Once-Only Technical Design Documents (TDDs). The Technical Design Documents provide a high-level overview of the main components of the Once-Only Technical System, describe their functionality, and outline the process for exchanging documents and data through the system, the ‘evidence exchange process’.
Version 1.0.5 of the Once-Only Technical Design Documents was released in June 2024(opens in a new tab). The documents are regularly reviewed and updated by a dedicated group comprised of Member State and Commission representatives.
This update consists of a number of new content additions and corrections.
