The May 2021 edition of the newsletter includes information on the call for applications for private sector organisations to join the EU Platform on Food Losses and Food Waste for its second mandate (2022-2026), as well as new food waste data, educational materials, food loss and waste prevention initiatives in the dairy value chain, the online repository with fish food loss and waste-related resources developed by the Food and Agriculture Organisation, and many more.
