CINEA results of recent phishing exercise

According to DIGIT’s analysis report 513 CINEA users received the fake mail and 90 of them clicked on the link. Besides, the Agency improved its reporting rate: more than 100 colleagues contacted CINEA Helpdesk questioning the legitimacy of the received mail.

VeloMai is over and the top riders of CINEA are known - the names were announced during the closing event of this morning. CINEA ranked 3rd among all the DG, Agencies and other offices participating in the initiative with xxx rides, xxxx km and xxx CO2 saved (g) - congratulations to all the colleagues who made it possible!

 
First ever CINEA Vitality month has kicked off

It started on 1 June with a number of complimentary activities, including sport sessions and workshops, to try out during the entire month. LIFE Awards 2022

The LIFE Programme announced the five winners of the annual LIFE Awards at a ceremony held during the EU Green Week. The awards recognise the most innovative, inspirational and effective LIFE projects in the areas of nature protection, environment and climate action.

 
Follow up Staff Survey 2021

The main results of the Staff Survey 2021 were presented in April to all staff at the brainstorming sessions organised per Department, while the detailed report published earlier this week provides details of the different results. The results from the brainstorming sessions are also available on CINEAnet.

 
Velomai 22 in full swing

CINEA is now ranked 4th among all the DGs/Agencies in the Commission thanks to 83 committed cyclists who have cycled 9,250 km saving 1,202,719 CO2 (g)! The main results were presented in April to all staff at the brainstorming sessions organised per Department while the present report goes more into details of the different results and presents also the common comments provided by staff in the survey.

 
IDAHOT 2022 at CINEA

The International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT) was celebrated on 17 May all over the world - and also in CINEA. The Women in CINEA network organised an event to raise awareness of LGBTI+ issues and generate a discussion. Info session on the Innovation Fund programme

Register for the Innovation Fund in-house info session on 21 June - you will learn more about the programme and its synergies with other EU funded programmes. The session will also cover the challenges tackled by the energy intensive industry, renewable energy and energy storage sectors with stories from three awarded projects.

 
Give binders a second life

The Agency’s Green Team needs your help in finding NGOs, charities or other associations and schools that might be interested in repurposing unused CINEA/Commission binders and in-trays. Please let the Green Team know if you have any suggestions.

Commission unveils REPowerEU Plan

On 18 May the Commission presented the REPowerEU Plan, its response to the hardships and global energy market disruption caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. A €800 million CEF Energy call was launched the same day as part of the REPowerEU Plan.
