How to find datasets?

From the Eurostat website

Datasets can be accessed by positioning the mouse over the ‘Data’ tab on the top navigation bar of the Eurostat website.

This then shows a drop-down menu from which the entry ‘Database’ can be selected:

From within the Data Browser

If you are already in a datasets within the Data Browser application, other datasets can be accessed by clicking on the entry 'Database' in the top menu:

Regardless whether accessing the datasets from the Eurostat website or within the Data Browser itself, when you click on 'Database', the data are categorised in a form of a navigation tree, which is made up of:

  • themes
  • sub-themes 

The navigation tree is a hierarchical structure used to categorise the statistical datasets.
