Have your say with the 2024 user satisfaction survey

At Eurostat, user feedback is highly valued as it plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of the data and services provided. To make sure that we meet our users' needs, Eurostat regularly launches user satisfaction surveys.

With our 2024 user satisfaction survey we invite our users to rate our products. We want to understand who uses European statistics, whether users trust the statistics, and how they find out about them.

The survey is open for participation until 14 June 2024, and it ensures anonymity. The summarised results will be published before the end of 2024 on the Eurostat website.
