At the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, Bureau Bartels carried out the interim evaluation of the LEADER program under POP3. With this evaluation an overview has been obtained of the intermediate progress of the implementation and goals realised of LEADER.

This memorandum describes which water quality measures are planned in the Netherlands, what they will bring about in terms of improving water quality and how the RDP contributes to this.

This report provides insight into the progress in this period of four measures from the rural development programme competitiveness cluster: In this interim evaluation, insight is given into the scope (to what extent are budgeted budgets and targets achieved) and the degree of effectiveness addressing both realized and still likely expected effects of the resources deployed. It also provides insights into the implementation and organisation of the four measures, including recommendations for the adjustment of the implementation.

A follow-up within the Rural Development Program, European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, the European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund for CLLD.
