Demand
Berlin is a city of diversity, but this is not reflected on the labour market, in education, vocational training, in companies and the employment system.
Solution
Gender and diversity management have been linked to CSR projects and implemented in or with Berlin SMEs, public agencies and NGO. Various projects worked on raising skills and competences, e.g. diversity knowledge and competence management further training for immigrants and non-immigrants or diversity training for teachers and employees form SMEs.
