Solution
Construction, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard, based on a methodology of inter-institutional cooperation and in accordance with the participative method (empowerment of the participants in the project: managers, technicians and other staff). Increase in the levels of academic education. Increase/reinforcement of the skills and professionals of the social economy organisations in the areas of innovation, organisational management and quality.

Results
Certification of 13 different social responses in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard in six private welfare institutions. Creation of the Quality group at a municipal level. Increase of scholastic and professional skills of staff and managers. Technical directors of 18 private welfare institutions of the District of Braga with training in "Quality Management." 18 private welfare institutions of the District of Braga that are incorporators of the products (training, monitoring and audits). Some 70% of private welfare institutions from the District of Braga with training in the area of quality.
