Creation of an assessment methodology for the value of work without gender bias in the restaurant and beverage sector that allows real application of the principle of "equal pay for men and women for work of equal value" (as stipulated at the 100th convention of the ILO), applicable to other activity sectors with the necessary adaptations. Design of a training standard for actions directed at managers and executives of corporate and trade union associations involved in collective bargaining, along with human resource technicians that during the performance of their duties can promote and favour operationalisation of the principle of "equal pay for men and women for work of equal value." Execution of an active partnership with trade union, employer, government and international organisations, involving employers, trade union managers, technicians, experts and workers, involved in ongoing listening and dialogue in which new learning was undertaken that produced innovation and contributed to gender equality, proving that it is possible to achieve compromise on a consensual basis within an experimental process of ongoing dialogue with an open mind, reflection and business decision-making between the parties.
