Demand
This solution stemmed from the need to reinforce the promotion and implementation of Social Responsibility practices at organisations from the Municipality of Oeiras (companies, civil society organisations and entities from the local public administration).
Solution
The Centre for Organisational Responsibility and Innovation is a structure that supports organisations that wish to develop Social Responsibility (SR) practices through the rendering of consulting services (disgnoistics and SR Plans), as well as development of organisational cooperation actions based on a Local Network for SR. The solution allowed support of development and implementation of SR practices, promoting establishment of alliances and cooperation and trust relationships among the organisations that operate in Oeiras. The main innovation factors of the solution are: - notably territorial aspect of the structure - approximation between organisations with distinct legal natures, making use of the resources they have - promotion of new forms of learning and intervention (organisational cooperation networks).
