Description
This hybrid event aims to accelerate the transition from the testing phase of the project to the operational phase of the system. It will mark the point at which the system is deemed to be established and the Common Services ready to be used by Member States.
A successful accelerator event will build confidence among teams when they come together to either validate the readiness of their national system or to ensure that clerks and support teams are adequately trained to enter data in the Common Services.
Given that many national authorities may benefit from these activities, this event will be run both in-person and online.
This event will consist of two main elements running in parallel:
- Training of persons responsible for entering data into the Common Services and;
- Readiness Checks (of national implementations, with the presence of various support teams).
Based on logistics, participation is limited to a maximum of three people per Member Sate for each of these two tracks.
Agenda
Training of persons responsible for entering data into the Common Services
Objectives of the Common Services Training:
• Ensure that Member State business and technical teams are confident they can input and manage their data in the Common Services correctly via the Common Services Administration Tool and Life Cycle Management Tool (LCM).
• Ensure colleagues in the Member States responsible for inputting data to the Common Services know who and how to contact EC support teams in case of issues or doubts.
Readiness checks of national components and connectivity to the Common Services
Member States and EC teams, during 2 days, can conduct final checks together to minimise the risk of issues or disruptions during the transition to operational mode.
• Carry out health checks on the eDelivery Access Point to identify and resolve any possible issues or anomalies.
• Interconnect national portals or intermediary components to the Common Services of the Commission.
• Confirm connectivity with other Member States.
