About the service
The overall goal of the Trusted List Scheme Operator (TLSO) Community management service is to provide hands-on support to the TLSOs (body responsible for the operation of the assessment scheme of an EU Member State) by providing them with necessary information, tools and communication material of their interest. The TLSO service desk allows regular contact and support to all the TLSOs. Furthermore, it was conceived as a one-stop shop for its users and contains useful links to the Trusted List Browser, eSignature news and events, TLSO FAQs etc. On top of that, regular interactive TL error-reduction campaigns are uphold for the TLSO Community.
Scope
The scope of the TLSO Community Service is to support Member States in performing the tasks specified in Article 22 of the eIDAS Regulation (910/2014). This entails the provision of access to the collaborative space of the community including a web application for browsing, editing, and monitoring Trusted Lists and a platform for interaction with other Operators and the DIGITAL team.
More information on the legal framework can be found on eSignature Documentation tab of DIGITAL.
