To help turn the European Pillar of Social Rights into reality  and prepare the ground for the Pillar’s Action Plan, the Commission launched a broad discussion in January 2020 with all EU countries and regions and with all our partners.

Below is the list of contributions to the consultation, which lasted for eleven months and ended on 30 November 2020. The Commission received over 1000 replies. For privacy reasons replies from individuals will not be published. Feedback has been submitted by:

• governments
• industry
• social partners
• think tanks
• universities
• other organisations

Together, we will upgrade Europe’s social market economy to fit the opportunities and challenges of today and tomorrow and ensure just transitions for all.

Events

The Commission will promote and support events and debates related to all issues covered by the principles of the Pillar at national, regional and local level. We count on the active engagement and participation of all our partners.
