The role of the steering groups is to guide the discussions in their workstreams, to set the agenda for the panel workshops of the Forum, to prepare discussion papers and to give input to the secretariat for writing the strategic roadmap.

We would therefore like interested experts to send us a short application letter to the following email address:  mare-ocean-energy@ec.europa.eu. The deadline for applications is 9th May.

Experts will be selected to make sure that there is a fair representation of all stakeholder interests. The names of the Steering Group members will be officially announced at the second edition of the Ocean Energy Forum in Dublin on the 11th of June.
