The Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research and the European Commission are organising an international conference on the BLUEMED initiative for blue growth and jobs in the Mediterranean, aimed at developing a strategic research and innovation framework for a healthy, productive and resilient Mediterranean Sea.
BLUEMED intends to tap into the full potential of the marine and maritime R&I sectors of the participating States and of all those who are willing to join to create new ‘blue’ jobs, and to promote and improve social well-being, sustainable prosperity and environmental status of the concerned area and beyond.
