16 October 2014:   Release 6 of the Question & Answers document has been published in the Additional Documents Section.

Also, please note that the following changes were made to this call on 01 October 2014:

• The closing date of the call was extended by 3 weeks from 15 October to 05 November
  
  
• The Q&A mailbox was re-opened and will accept questions until the end of Friday 03 October
  
  
• The template for Part B.I was updated. The changed sections are indicated in red text.
  
  
• The embedded tables in Part B.I are available also now as an Excel file in the download ZIP of templates.
  
  
• A Model Consortium Agreement has been provided in the Information Package section
  
  
• An extensive new version of the Question & Answers document is published in the Additional Documents Section
  
  
• Form A has been updated to correct an error in the selection of the funding rate (70% vs 100%)
  
  
• The page size limit for Part B.I has been increased from 50 to 70.

To download the Excel version of the Part B.I tables you need to enter the submission system and click on "Download Templates" on the screen called "Step 5 - Edit Proposal".
