The goals of the project include gaining insight into the present status of strategic public procurement practices within each Member State, identifying prevailing barriers as well as potential remedies, collaborating with pertinent local stakeholders to formulate a roadmap for advancing strategic public procurement, and establishing communication channels between the European Commission and Member States regarding strategic procurement matters.
