European Angel Investment Summit 2023 – Fuelling Europe’s Growth

The 2023 European Angel Investment Summit, which took place on 10-11 October, was the pinnacle of Europe’s start-up ecosystem. Over 350 business angels, innovators, entrepreneurs, and policy-makers came together to discuss key issues like investment opportunities in green & digital transition, space and Africa.
The summit facilitated over 35 start-ups to pitch with investors and enabled over 100 one-to-one meetings between companies, investors and policy makers. Ten of these start-ups were coached and supported by the Enterprise Europe Network.
The Commission presented how start-ups and investors can benefit from EU support thanks to the InvestEU programme and Patent Package. The www.access2finance.eu website helps companies to apply for loans and equity finance supported by InvestEU and other EU programmes.
