The support corner provided attendees with the opportunity to meet with our representatives and discuss any queries they had about our policy or support issues. Meanwhile, the auditorium provided a comfortable seating area where visitors could listen to talks and panel discussions.

The exhibition area covered five key topics, namely energy and net-zero industry, raw materials, access to finance, industrial cooperation, and 30 years of single market. Throughout the week, there were many well-attended talks and panels on these topics, providing valuable insights into some of the most pressing issues facing the European economy.

The European Commission was represented by several high-level speakers, including Director-General Kerstin Jorna, Deputy Director-General Maive Rute, Directors Jakub Boratynski and Kirstin Schreiber, who contributed to the panels and discussions. Our participation in the Hannover Fair was an excellent opportunity to engage with stakeholders from industry, academia, and beyond, and to showcase the work we are doing to support economic growth and innovation across Europe.

We are delighted with the success of our participation in the Hannover Fair 2023 and look forward to returning in 2024. Our presence at the event demonstrated our commitment to informing and working collaboratively with stakeholders across Europe to tackle some of the most significant challenges facing the continent today.
