Equality starts at the most initial level of policy making and must be monitored to ensure it is applied in every policy, action and funding program where DG GROW is leading or associated!

In this respect, DG GROW has made meaningful progress in various areas of our policies such as promoting equality, inclusion and fairness in our ecosystems by creating large-scale partnerships in tourism, social economy and construction with a strong focus on social inclusion, lifelong learning and employability. Furthermore, DG GROW has launched a project to enhance women and girls’ digital and entrepreneurial competences (ESTEAM) and took actions to make our public-facing websites, such as SOLVIT and YourEurope Portal, more inclusive and accessible for all.
